Day 6

Lost 0.6kg - have seriously lost my appetite. Totally. Amazing:)

11:30am Foul & Fresh Tomato Slices + Green Olives

Green Tea

3:00pm 1/4 slice cheese

5:15pm: Tuna with lemon + Green Salad

Herbal drink + 2 dark chocolate squares

7:30pm: Spinach + Bolognese Sauce covered in Yoghurt

Apple Cider Vinegar
