Day - Fishy Day

Sea Bass Fillet: Cumin, Coriander, Salt/Pepper, Fry & turn over, Add Soy Sauce as it's frying. Add chopped fresh spring onions and chopped fresh celery stalks & leaves till they wilt but are still green, then add 2 cups Lemon Juice with water & 1 stp starch + 2 tsp Dijon Mustard. Serve on a bed of spinach cooked with garlic & onion. And a side sals with green olives. Seriously delicious!
