The two people in every picture

This is the ultimate photography truism be it literally or metaphorically ;)
There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer. Ansel Adams

The Old Cobbler

This old cobbler has been fixing shoes in the same spot in downtown #amman for the past 50 years.
He says he is there every single day except Friday because even he is entitled to a day off.

Breakfast Deliveries in Downtown Amman

This is a typical daily scene in Downtown Amman where is delivered & then promptly devoured! The breakfast would have typically have consisted of Fava Beans ("Fool"), Falafel and Hummus with Bread, salad & pickles as accompaniment.
The waiter takes back the empty trays which will doubtless later return full with the shop-owners' lunch in a few hours ;) #streetphotography #jo
