9:00am : 1/2 a Plate of crudites: brocolli, cucumber, red, green & yellow pepper with a hummus dip.
Drink: 2 cups of Green Tea with Dried Hibiscus
2:30pm: Remaining 1/2 a Plate of crudites: brocolli, cucumber, red, green & yellow pepper with a hummus dip. Plus 4 green olives.
Drink: Water x2
3:00pm: 8 almonds & 5 cashew nuts
4:00pm: Molokhiya Soup with 1 chicken breast.
Drink: 1 cup of Green Tea with Dried Marjoram
5:00pm: 2 small squares of 72%cocoa Dark Chocolate (very naughty but I was stressed...and still am!)
6:00pm: 5 teaspoons of Circassian Cheese sprinkled with Baraka Seeds (~ Cottage Cheese) + 3 slices of Halloumi Cheese
8:30pm: Green Salad (Lettuce/Peppers/Brocolli/Radish/Cucumber) with Apple Cider Vinegar & Extra Virgin Olive Oil with 2 small Slices of Herring with Mustard & Dill Sauce
9:45pm: 2 small squares of Dark Chocolate + Herbal Drink
