9:45am Salami & Mushroom Omlette and Green Salad in Apple Cider Vinaigrette
1pm 5 Almonds + 4 Cashews
3:15pm 2 Fish Fillets + green salad
5:00pm Green Tea + 2 squares of chocolate
Slice of cheese
