Day 19

Have lost a total of 6.5 KG! Clothes are looser and I have bundles of energy :)

Salami & Mozzarella Omelette with chopped gherkin, chilli green olives & Mustard with Herbs de Provence. Tastes awesome!

Small ball of Chicken Gumbo Soup. Pastrami sandwhich on a small roll with spring onions.

Apple Cider Vinegar Hot Drink x2

7 Pistachios & 8 Hazelnuts

4 Dark Chocolate squares with Hazelnuts

3 small sardines in tomato sauce plus 2tbsp tuna

4 small slices of Halloumi Cheese with 1/4 fresh tomato

Green Tea with Cardommen & 4 small Dark Chocolate Squares

Green Apple
