Day 3

Morning Weigh in: Lost another 0.6kg

8:30am: Mushroom, Green Peppers, Hot Red Pepper Frittata with crumbled Feta Cheese and Mixed Side Salad in Red Wine Vinegrette. 2 cuos fresh Mint Green Tea.

11:00am: 15 raw almonds

2:12pm Feeling particularly disgusted with humanity. On the plus side have completely lost my appetite.

2:40pm: Spinach ala bolgnese + Salad

4:45pm Hot Cocoa (no sugar, o% fat milk) + 2 dark chocolate squares

6:00pm Cheese slice

8:40pm Chili Con Carne + Hot Apple Cider Vinegar (capful)
